HR Shared Services Administration Analyst - Payroll Tax

Overview

Employer Industry: Healthcare Services

• Provide analytical support to the HR Operations Shared Services Administration team and Centers of Excellence Team
• Perform analysis of information gathered from surveys and HR systems to develop recommendations for enterprise programs
• Generate and deliver reports for operational and performance metrics related to Functional Administration
• Participate in testing of new systems and enhancements to existing systems
• Assist in employee data auditing and compliance reporting

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration/Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing HR activities
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills
• Strong customer service skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• 3 years of Benefits Administration experience
