Century Group has an immediate direct hire to temp-to-hire role for a Human Resources Manager in the San Fernando Valley. This role is 100% on-site. The client is a technology manufacturer. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $47 to $50 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, recommend, and implement personnel policies and procedures
- Administer/maintain handbook
- Maintain affirmative action program
- Develop and/or administer training programs
- Administer worker's compensation and injury reporting
- Administer 401 (k) Retirement, Health and Welfare Plans, 5500
- Assist with payroll processing
- Stay current on recent federal, state and case law changes & monitor labor law updates for changes that affect HR
- Responsible for recruiting life cycle
- Conduct new hire orientation
- Employee relations and investigations
- Perform exit interviews
- Prepare and revise job descriptions
