The HR Coordinator will support the Human Resources department by managing employee data, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and assisting with HR processes and reporting. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including hiring, transfers, terminations, and job classification changes.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with preparation and submission of reports mandated by federal, state, and local agencies.
  • Support HR processes such as onboarding, benefits administration, and policy implementation.
  • Monitor and update HR procedures to align with labor laws and company standards.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with HR team to ensure adherence to compliance standards and internal controls.
Qualifications
  • 3-4 years of HR experience
    , preferably in a compliance-focused role.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
