This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate employee records, including hiring, transfers, terminations, and job classification changes.
- Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist with preparation and submission of reports mandated by federal, state, and local agencies.
- Support HR processes such as onboarding, benefits administration, and policy implementation.
- Monitor and update HR procedures to align with labor laws and company standards.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure adherence to compliance standards and internal controls.
- 3-4 years of HR experience
, preferably in a compliance-focused role. - Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
