Position Summary

This dynamic role will be a key driver of talent attraction and community engagement for Adams. This role combines full-cycle recruiting expertise with strong external relationship-building skills to ensure we connect with the best candidates across hourly manufacturing, professional, and early-career pipelines.

With a focus on hourly roles in manufacturing/CPG
, the Recruiter will also serve as an ambassador for Adams
—building partnerships with local schools, community organizations, and workforce agencies, and representing the company at job fairs and regional events. Through these efforts, this role will help establish Adams as a premier employer in the region

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly roles, internships and other openings as needed.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to reach diverse candidate pools, including underrepresented and Spanish-speaking communities.
  • Partner with hiring managers to anticipate staffing needs, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring.

Community & Employer Brand Engagement

  • Build deep relationships with workforce boards, trade schools, community colleges, high schools, and local nonprofit/job-placement organizations.
  • Identify and participate in community events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to expand Adams’ talent reach.
  • Represent Adams as an employer of choice, consistently communicating our values and purpose.
  • Partner with internal/external communications to highlight Adams’ employment brand and community presence.

Recruitment Operations

  • Leverage ATS and sourcing tools to manage pipelines, track progress, and report on recruiting metrics.
  • Ensure recruiting practices are compliant with company standards and employment regulations.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve candidate experience and recruiting efficiency.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, with proven success in hourly roles, preferably in F&B manufacturing/CPG.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage external partners and build long-term community relationships.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to represent the company publicly.
  • Organized, proactive, and skilled at balancing multiple priorities.
