Front of House Shift Leader

We are seeking a high energy, focused, flexible, and enthusiastic customer service professional to join our Shift Leadership team in the capacity as a Front of House Shift Leader. The Front of House Shift Leader is responsible for the leadership of all front of house operations staff during operating hours, to ensure that all staff are performing to company standards, policies, and procedures, and working alongside their teammates and with direction from management to ensure guest satisfaction.

The shift lead is an extension of the management team, executing tasks as they relate to the guest’s experience, to ensure each and every guest has the best quality experience at the Alpine Inn Beer Garden. The shift leads responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting the Manager on Duty (MOD) manage guest service, hosting, providing food and beverage service, taking guest orders, guest order resolution, and directing and advising of all front of house staff (e.g. runners, busser, bar tenders, hosts).

Shift leads have additional responsibility for restaurant opening and closing, and the associated check list tasks that correspond to their respective shift. The Alpine Inn Beer Garden is an equal opportunity employer, offering a competitive hourly rate for this full time position.
