• Provide management support in the oversight of an assigned shift to ensure the delivery of quality service to guests.
• Plan, organize, control and direct front‑line staff while ensuring the highest customer satisfaction.
• Manage assigned operational functions within the department consistent with the strategic plan and vision for the department.
• Assist with the interview, selection, training, supervision, counselling, and disciplinary process of food and beverage management.

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant floor experience as supervisor or manager.
• Beverage knowledge is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or combination of education, training, and experience.
• Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.

Salary: $68,640.00 - $72,000.00 per year DOE
