Alila Napa Valley is a luxury boutique resort nestled in the heart of California wine country and proudly recognized as a Forbes Four-Star property. We are seeking a detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our exceptional Housekeeping team. This position plays a key role in ensuring each guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and luxurious stay.

The hourly range for this position is $21.00 - $27.30

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
• Replenish amenities and linens according to Forbes luxury standards
• Perform evening turndown service, including refreshing towels, tidying the room, and preparing the bed for the night
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs with professionalism, warmth, and discretion
• Greet guests in a courteous manner if present in the room and accommodate reasonable requests
• Communicate room status and maintenance needs to the appropriate departments
• Uphold all cleanliness and safety standards, following property procedures and guidelines

• Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury or Forbes-rated hotel preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high presentation standards
• Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor and guest-focused mindset
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)

• Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds

• Comfortable using cleaning equipment and handling cleaning products safely
