Music + Entertainment Premium Hospitality Event Staff (Seasonal Part‑Time) Music + Entertainment Premium Hospitality Event Staff is a role that supports upgraded guest experiences at Germania Insurance Amphitheater during concerts and special events. Premium areas may include VIP check‑in locations, early entry lines, premium entry queues, GA+ sections, reserved premium viewing areas, and other elevated fan experience zones.
Job DescriptionThis seasonal, part‑time position focuses on polished, attentive, and guest‑forward service. Staff assist with premium check‑in, wristband distribution, escorting and way finding, monitoring upgraded areas, and coordinating with FOH and Box Office teams. Staff must be available to work at least 50% of scheduled concerts throughout the season.
Responsibilities- Welcome, greet, and check in premium guests at designated access points
- Distribute wristbands, credentials, and premium materials accurately and efficiently
- Escort or guide guests to early entry lines, premium entry queues, and upgraded viewing areas
- Provide elevated guest assistance, including directions, venue information, and general support
- Offer proactive way finding across amphitheater entrances, concourses, and walkways
- Monitor activity in upgraded zones and support smooth crowd flow
- Maintain premium environments to venue standards clean, orderly, stocked, and guest‑ready
- Report guest concerns, safety issues, or housekeeping needs to the Supervisor, FOH Manager, or Command Center
- Maintain a professional, calm, and guest‑focused demeanor in a fast‑paced environment
- Remain at assigned post unless on a scheduled break or reassigned by leadership
- Follow all venue policies, procedures, and emergency protocols
- Perform additional duties as assigned by FOH leadership
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- High‑touch hospitality mindset with an elevated service approach
- Professional, calm, and polished presence suitable for premium environments
- Strong judgment and discretion when interacting with VIP or upgraded‑tier guests
- Adaptability in fast‑paced, high‑volume concert settings
- Ability to collaborate effectively with FOH and Box Office teams
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Resourceful, proactive, and solutions‑oriented
- Part‑time, seasonal position (must be available to work at least 50% of concerts)
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality, guest services, premium events, or similar roles preferred
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays throughout the concert season
- Must be over 18 years of age
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in extreme Texas weather — including intense heat, humidity, and direct sun exposure for long durations
- Noise levels may be moderate to loud during concerts
