As a Front Desk Host, you will be the first point of contact for our valued guests, providing a warm and friendly welcome. With your vibrant personality and excellent communication skills, you will ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process, respond to inquiries, and address requests and concerns promptly and professionally.

Your role as a Front Desk Host is crucial in shaping the overall guest experience, leaving a lasting impression and ensuring their visit is nothing short of extraordinary.

This is a full time position and must be able to work weekends and evenings.

Centrally located in the heart of beautiful Sonoma, right on the corner of the lively and historic Sonoma Square, the bustling activity of the plaza provides the ideal setting for this 27-room contemporary boutique hotel and award winning restaurant. Executive Chef Armando Navarro's award-winning and locally-loved menu is crafted from Sonoma ingredients that change with the season. • Provide exceptional guest service to valued guests.
• Check in and check out hotel guests.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guest communications via telephone, email, and mail/message service.
• Assist with hotel reservations and concierge services.
• Greet guests with a gracious and professional demeanor.
• Verify guests' registration information and collect additional information such as identification and length of stay.
• Handle payment transactions and provide guests with their room keys, guiding them to their rooms.
• Ensure balances are paid and keys are returned at checkout.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in duties, with a courteous and cooperative demeanor in interactions with guests, coworkers, and management.

• Good mathematical skills for payment transactions and related tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrate self-motivation, organization, and the capacity to prioritize and multitask.
