The Food & Beverage Supervisor plays a pivotal and hands‑on role in the daily functioning of the food and beverage department. This position demands a detail‑oriented individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills. Your primary responsibility is to directly supervise the service staff, ensuring they consistently deliver efficient and friendly service to customers.

Key Responsibilities- Coaching and training staff, coordinating scheduling and shift changes, overseeing training and performance management.
- Actively involved in opening and closing MOD (Manager on Duty) duties, including opening and closing registers for employees, counting register drawers and managing daily deposits.
- Assigning duties to employees, ensuring smooth F&B operations, and training new staff members.
- Actively engage with customers, addressing concerns, gathering feedback, and contributing to an enhanced dining experience.
- Communicate with management, take customer orders, assist employees on the floor as needed, and collaborate with other supervisors for smooth shift transitions.
- Associate degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in the food and beverage industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
- Knowledge of service standards, food safety, and hygiene practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic understanding of financial aspects, such as cash handling and basic accounting.
- Food Safety Certification (e.g., Ser Safe).
- Good organizational, motivational, and people‑care skills.
