• Lead and supervise the housekeeping and turn down teams, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient, high-quality cleaning services.
• Inspect and ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas, enforcing standards and promptly addressing any issues.
• Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and coordinating orders as needed.
• Create work schedules, assign tasks, and distribute workload among staff to ensure timely and thorough completion of cleaning responsibilities.
• Address guest requests, concerns, and inquiries related to housekeeping, providing solutions and maintaining a positive guest experience.

• Minimum of two years of housekeeping experience as a supervisor or lead.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required by the department.
• Prior experience in a luxury hotel is preferred.

Wage Range: $23.00–$28.00 per hour.
