We are seeking an experienced and driven General Manager to lead a high‑performing team at our 259+ guest room full‑service hotel in Del Mar, CA

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the full hotel operation, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Sales, Engineering, and Finance, ensuring profitability and guest satisfaction.
  • Serve as the brand ambassador for Rebel Hotel Company, championing our culture and values throughout all levels of the hotel.
  • Drive operational excellence through strong leadership, strategic planning, and flawless execution of brand standards and service initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor department heads, cultivating a collaborative and empowered team environment.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cost controls to maximize profitability and owner returns.
  • Maintain strong relationships with ownership, guests, associates, and brand representatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, safety regulations, and franchise requirements.
  • Guide capital projects and property improvement initiatives as needed.
