Clark’s Montecito, our first California location, is a stylish all-day restaurant celebrating coastal American classics. This location highlights the seasonal bounty of the Pacific Ocean and offers lunch and dinner daily. We are seeking an FOH Manager to help lead service and uphold hospitality standards that define the Clark’s experience.
Responsibilities- Lead the planning, coordination, and oversight of front-of-house operations.
- Work with internal teams to ensure consistent execution of service standards.
- Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to delivering a high-quality guest experience.

Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively with team members, guests, and senior management. - Leadership: Experience in leading, training, and inspiring FOH teams while fostering a positive work environment.
- Operational Effectiveness: Oversee day-to-day FOH operations with a focus on smooth workflow, service standards, and guest satisfaction.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English required; fluency in Spanish preferred.
At least two years of progressive FOH management experience in the restaurant industry, with a preference for boutique or upscale dining establishments.
EducationA Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Schedule and Hours- Full Time
