  • Culinary Expertise: Supervise and assist in food preparation, ensuring high standards of quality, taste, and presentation across all outlets while maintaining safety expectations.
  • Leadership and Supervisory

    Skills:

    Lead, motivate, coach, and discipline kitchen personnel to ensure efficient and high-quality food preparation and service.
  • Financial Acumen: Manage food costs, budgets, and maximize cost/production ratios to optimize financial performance.
  • Organizational

    Skills:

    Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the kitchen, work, and storage areas, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Problem‑Solving Ability
    :
    Anticipate and address issues proactively to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Communication

    Skills:

    Clearly convey information and resolve concerns from co‑workers and guests effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field, with supervisory experience required.
  • Education: Prefera2-yearcollegedegreewith3ormoreyearsofrelatedexperience,ora4-yearcollegedegreewithatleast1yearofrelatedexperience.
  • Attributes: Must be effective in handling stressful, high‑pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity.
  • Additional Requirements: Compliance with certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.
