We are seeking a professional individual to oversee banquet operations, directly managing Banquet Captains, Banquet Servers, Housemen, and Bartenders. The role involves collaboration with the Sales team and Executive Chef to ensure the success of all events. Responsibilities include managing client events and relations, leading a collaborative team, and maintaining vendor relations.
This individual should be knowledgeable of the Pines Resort grounds, products, and services. They are expected to provide consistent service standards, achieve revenue targets, and manage costs. All staff must focus on demonstrating these standards and goals. The candidate must uphold the Pines Resort vision, adhere to our Core Values, and deliver the highest level of service to guests.
Salary: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour.
