DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our team in Ashland, MO

The Occupational Therapist (OT) will provide skilled evaluation, treatment, and education to patients experiencing challenges with self-care, mobility, and daily living skills. The OT will work closely with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to promote functional independence and safety in accordance with licensure laws and professional standards.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
- Provide hands‑on therapy focused on restoring function and maximizing independence
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other team members to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate, professional documentation of services
- Offer training and education to facility staff in restorative and functional maintenance programs
- Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented environment
- Current Occupational Therapist license in Missouri
- Experience in rehabilitation or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
