PT Front Office Patient Liaison

Overview

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Part-time Front Office Patient Liaison to join our physical therapy team in Thousand Oaks. This role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, professional office environment.

The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while also contributing as part of a team. Prior medical or physical therapy office experience is a plus, but not required.

Salary commensurate with experience.

• greet and assist patients in person and over the phone
• answer phones, take messages, and respond to patient inquiries
• collect payments and assist with basic billing questions
• maintain accurate patient records using our EMR system
• perform general front office and administrative duties
• assist with light Marketing and community outreach efforts as needed

• friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
• strong organizational and communication skills
• ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• comfortable using computers and office systems (EMR experience helpful but not required)
• self-motivated and reliable
