You ll assist with personal care, daily activities, and provide companionship—helping clients live safely, comfortably, and with dignity.

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship, social interaction, and emotional support.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• Follow individualized care plans and accurately document care provided.

• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Friendly, patient, and compassionate
• Able to work independently and follow care instructions
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Respectful of each client s privacy, dignity, and lifestyle

• Prior caregiving experience is a plus
• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray (per state regulations)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver s license and car insurance

• Competitive pay: $20-$25 per hour

This is a per diem position. Work hours are not guaranteed
, as scheduling depends on client availability, needs, and preferences. Shifts will be assigned based on the best match between the caregiver and the client s schedule.
