Performs and observes tests on patient specimens and correctly records results.
Qualifications- California CLS license required with blood bank and microbiology experience.
- Must be able to operate a variety of clinical laboratory equipment.
- Must be conscientious with regard to policies and procedures, have knowledge of federal and state regulations and be capable of working under pressure.
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English; both verbal and written.
- Must have good interpersonal skills and interface professionally, tactfully and respectfully with patients, staff, and the general public.
- Basic computer skills required.
