18 bed Med Surg floor with telemetry capabilities. 1:5 Nurse to patient ratio for MS patients, 1:4 Nurse to patient ratio for tele patients. CNAs are used on the unit. Requirements: ACLS BLS NIHSS PALS 2 years exp
Shift: 3x12s, Days ; 4 weekend shifts per 4 week schedule, floating as needed
