Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is is looking for a Esthetician who will deliver exceptional facial treatments and skincare services that reflect the brand's luxury standards. You will play a vital role in creating a serene and rejuvenating experience for guests while promoting wellness and skincare knowledge. The role requires technical expertise, a guest-focused approach, and a commitment to maintaining a pristine spa environment.

• Provide professional and personalized facial treatments, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for all clients.
• Perform additional aesthetic services, including hair removal, as per spa standards and guest preferences.
• Advise guests on skincare routines and recommend suitable retail products to enhance their results.
• Anticipate guest needs, provide knowledgeable advice, and ensure satisfaction through thoughtful and attentive service.
• Set up, utilize, and clean all facial equipment, including steamers, high-frequency devices, depilatory heaters, and sterilizers.
• Prepare treatment rooms with the necessary supplies and ensure proper inventory of products and linens.

• National certification or license as an Esthetician/Facialist.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a certified esthetician in a luxury spa or wellness environment.
• Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of high-quality spa service experiences and skincare techniques.
• Ability to operate and maintain all facial equipment to the highest standards.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a professional demeanour.
• Physical stamina to perform treatments while standing or leaning over clients and the ability to lift and carry supplies.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
