Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in capital markets, financial services, or related fields Strong understanding of portfolio management and trading workflows; CFA and/or CAIA certifications are a plus Highly organized with the ability to design technical solutions for sophisticated clients Passionate about continuous learning in financial technology systems
