Director of Fraud

A company is looking for a Director of Fraud.

Key Responsibilities Lead a team to perform manual fraud reviews and design scalable workflows for fraud detection Define fraud filter logic and collaborate with data teams to monitor filter performance Establish risk baselines and tailor fraud defenses to minimize impact on legitimate customers

Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in fraud prevention or strategy within fintech or related fields Hands-on experience managing fraud cases and developing detection rules Strong understanding of various fraud typologies, including account takeover and payment fraud Proven ability to lead and develop a team while collaborating across departments Familiarity with fraud and risk platforms such as Sift, Alloy, or equivalent tools
