Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end customer implementations from onboarding through go-live Map customer revenue models and configure the system accordingly Drive adoption, identify workflow improvements, and support customer relationships post-launch
Required Qualifications 2+ years in finance, accounting, audit, revenue operations, or financial systems Hands-on experience supporting finance teams is preferred Bonus: 2+ years in customer success, implementations, or solutions consulting for B2B SaaS Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, and revenue workflows High technical aptitude and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
