A company is looking for a Director of Financial Crimes Technology.
Key Responsibilities Partner with BSA model design stakeholders to translate design decisions into functional requirements and business rules Own user acceptance testing for customer risk rating system changes and monitor model outputs for anomalies Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure BSA priorities and workflows are effectively managed
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred 10+ years of experience in BSA/AML compliance or financial crimes technology, with at least 5 years in leadership Strong knowledge of BSA/AML platforms and experience in defining requirements Familiarity with regulatory requirements and model risk management frameworks Experience in data quality management and compliance monitoring in financial services
