Loan Funder - Conditions (Westlake Village, CA)

Agility 360 is hiring Loan Funder
- Conditions representatives for a hybrid, contract-to-hire role located in Westlake Village, CA. The Loan Funder - Conditions will be responsible for the review of mostly conventional loans, ensuring the file contains all required documents, for a large correspondent lender. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, possess high-level attention to detail, and can maintain high quality and completion rates.

• Conduct pre‑purchase review of Conventional, FHA, and VA loan files for a correspondent lender
• Meticulously review loan documentation and collateral files
• Verify accuracy of data between documents and systems
• Ensure each file contains the designated set of documentation and meets acceptable Underwriting and Compliance standards & complies with established guidelines
• Achieve a minimum of 95% Productivity, 85% Quality, and 95% completion within SLA

• High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• 1 – 3 years’ experience of residential mortgage loan processing, analysis, or post‑closing
• Previous correspondent lending experience is a plus
• Previous experience with Encompass, Black Knight, or other systems strongly preferred
• Experience processing or analyzing residential mortgage loans
• Must be self‑motivated and a self‑starter to meet job expectations and goals
• Exceptional organizational skills, responsible and able to use good judgment
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Proficiency in all areas of loan documentation, loan policies/guidelines, and procedures
• Ability to identify and solve problems with strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity

• Contract-to-hire role, 3 – 6 months
• Attendance REQUIRED for first 8 weeks of training
• Pay range: $27 – $28/hr
