Process cash transactions including chip redemption, check cashing, and credit card cash advances;
Maintain confidentiality and security of cash handling and customer information;
Prepare and file required reports and logs (Monetary Instrument Log, Multiple Transaction Log, Currency Transaction Reports);
Collaborate with team and other departments to ensure accurate and efficient service;
Maintain professional and courteous service while adhering to gaming regulations and Title 31 requirements
