As our Center Director, you'll earn $25 per hour

We re searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:
- Associate s or bachelor s degree in early childhood education, child development, or a related field
- Meets California Community Care Licensing (CCL) requirements for a Preschool Center Director
Experience as a preschool director or site supervisor in a licensed childcare center, knowledge of California Title 22 and Title 5 regulations, strong leadership and family engagement skills, and familiarity with enrollment management, budgeting, and program growth are preferred.
What It s Like to Be Our Center DirectorThis is a full‑time position working Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM

As our Center Director, you ll ensure your center runs smoothly and in compliance, support staff, greet families, and set the tone for a nurturing learning environment. You ll lead and develop your team, oversee curriculum implementation, maintain regulatory standards, collaborate closely with families, and guide enrollment, budgeting, and growth initiatives, all while cultivating a positive, high‑quality preschool culture.
