Candidate CVs need to have the month & date on their work experience with all gaps in employment accounted for. Includes some Chronic Pain Management Chart closure within 72 hours

Schedule:

18 PPD, minimum see 18 PPD, Monday-Friday 8-5 Mix of pediatrics/adults (Will consider IM only) A decision is typically made within 7-14 days Accepting DO BE will be considered if truly BE (5 years or less since residency) Active DEA needed before start Credentialing takes 30-90 days (six weeks is common if providers submit app./supporting documents timely) Required immunizations for credentialing:  Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results (results must be within the 90 days before the start date), Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Tdap Immunization (must be within the last 10 years), COVID
19 vaccination, and booster (no longer required). HCO & Vendor agree to a 30-day notice for ending all assignments.
