We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our corporate team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of a project’s development, coordinating people, processes, and resources to ensure projects are completed successfully and on schedule. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and has a proven track record as a successful Project Manager.

• Coordinate with internal factory to process sales and external vendors/suppliers for resources.
• Develop the scope and objectives of the project.
• Track adherence to project budget and timeline.
• Ensure necessary resources are available and allocated to the project.
• Develop detailed project plans and milestones.
• Measure and report on project progress.
• Create detailed design drawings and specifications using AutoCAD software.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure design accuracy.
• Prepare multiple versions of designs for review by engineers and architects.
• Calculate dimensions, weights, and quantities and prepare related documentation.
• Interpret and follow complex instructions and procedures exactly.
• Ensure that all designs comply with industry regulations and standards.
• Maintain organized records of all drawings and revisions.
• Assist in the production of 'as built' documentation.

系统化管理所有图纸及修订版本的归档。
协助编制竣工图文件。

• Proficiency in AutoCAD software and related applications.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in project management or coordination.
• Associate's degree or certification in drafting, engineering technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an AutoCAD Drafter or similar role.
• Strong technical drawing skills.
• Good communication skills to liaise with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret technical documents and instructions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bilingual (Chinese/English).
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role is preferred.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks appropriately.
