A well-established, patient-focused dental practice with locations in Bonita and La Jolla is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join their growing team. This is a full-time opportunity split between both beautiful Southern California locations.

This practice offers a strong, built-in patient base – the incoming provider will step directly into an established schedule with no need to build from scratch.

• Schedule: Full-Time (split between Bonita and La Jolla offices)
• Compensation:
• $800 per day guarantee.
• 25% of collections.
• 50/50 split on sleep apnea procedures.
• Patient Base: Established and built-in.

• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience as a General Dentist.
• Strong clinical skills in comprehensive dentistry.
• Experience or strong interest in treating sleep apnea (highly preferred).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.

• Immediate access to a steady flow of patients.

• No responsibility for building a patient base.
