Dental Office Manager

Bittersweet moment for our practice, after 20 years, our incredible Office Manager is retiring. We’re grateful and excited to welcome the next leader to our small but mighty team. You will coordinate patient registration, treatment scheduling, billing, file and monitor insurance claims and coordinate current staff to insure positive workflow

Responsibilities:

• Oversee dental personnel
• Great and register patients
• Schedule dental procedures productively
• File and follow up on insurance claims through the automated system
• Work collaboratively with Dr and staff to implement smooth workflow
• Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a dental office
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficient with Open Dental Software (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Willing to look at a relocation bonus for qualified out of the area candidates
