Caesars Entertainment - - Responsibilities:
Answer telephone in accordance with company scripting and route calls to appropriate departments.;
Communicate with guests through IVY internal texting system.;
Submit service order tickets accurately and efficiently through Amadeus HotSOS.;
Provide excellent service to internal and external guests; serve as a Family-Style Service role model; maintain attendance guidelines.;
Resolve guest issues using Service Recovery Tools; de-escalate and reduce guest wait time; ensure courteous, informative guest contact.
