The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm and we are currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist for a prominent client of ours. This position is in Livermore, CA 94550
. Details for the position are as follows:
Location: Livermore, CA (Onsite)
Pay: $27/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (flexibility required)
Start: ASAP after screenings clear
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support a fast‑paced healthcare call center environment. This role focuses on assisting customers with account updates, supply orders, and general support related to remote monitoring services.
The ideal candidate thrives in high‑volume environments, communicates clearly, and maintains strong attention to detail while supporting customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a call center setting
- Assist customers with:
- Demographic updates
- Member plan and physician changes
- Supply order creation
- Information and results collection
- Explain policies, procedures, and product information clearly
- Provide basic technology guidance and testing support
- Handle escalations and customer concerns professionally
- Support overall customer success and satisfaction
Previous high-volume call center experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent attendance and reliability
Professional communication and customer service skills
