Bilingual, Customer Service Rep
our client, a us fortune 1,000 company and a major process services provider to government health and human services agencies in the us, seeks an accomplished “bilingual customer care rep –remote.”
** location: fully remote until client site reopens in rancho cordova ca | 3130 kilgore road, suite 400, rancho cordova, ca 95670 (candidate must reside within 25 miles of rancho cordova, ca.)
** duration: 6 months +
** training: 4-5 weeks
** important:
bilingual fluency in english & one of the following: cantonese, mandarin, armenian, cambodian, japanese, spanish, korean, russian, tagalog, thai, laotian & vietnamese.
essential job duties- a customer service specialist shall assist and educate medi-cal beneficiaries with selecting a managed health care plan.
- maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- communicating with customers through various channels.
- acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- education: at least hs diploma / ged
- working knowledge of microsoft office and ability to learn and utilize software applications.
- bilingual skills: english and one of the following: cantonese, mandarin, spanish, armenian, cambodian, japanese, korean, russian, tagalog, thai, laotian, vietnamese.
- preferred: 6 months customer service experience preferred
- previous experience with computers, phone systems, and headsets preferred.
- note: candidates that are offered a position are required to pass pre-employment background screenings.
