Encore Global - - Responsibilities:
Ensure flawless event execution by accurately setting up, operating, and breaking down basic audiovisual equipment.;
Meet with guests on site to understand their needs and verify equipment is working properly.;
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and software issues during events.;
Complete orders, enter data in Navigator, and assist with invoicing and up-selling.;
Maintain strong client relationships and effective communication with guests and staff.
