Position: Full-Time

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (or until work is complete)

Route: Vacaville, Fairfield, and surrounding areas

Pay: $24.00+ per hour (base + per-vehicle payout)

Pro‑Motion Pix seeks a motivated and detail‑oriented Vehicle Inventory & Dealership Photographer to maintain dealership inventory accuracy and present vehicles online through professional photography and video.

• Inventory Management
  • Track and locate vehicles across dealership lots.
  • Move vehicles to designated staging areas for photography.
  • Communicate with dealership staff about unavailable, misplaced, or not ready vehicles.
• Photography & Media
  • Capture consistent, high‑quality photos, 360° spins, and videos of dealership vehicles.
  • Use company‑provided iPhone and app to upload media quickly.
  • Ensure vehicles are clean, staged, and visually appealing before photographing.
• Operational Excellence
  • Follow daily route using own reliable vehicle.
  • Maintain clear communication with dealerships and Pro‑Motion Pix support.
  • Manage time efficiently to meet photo production targets.

No prior automotive photography experience required—full paid training provided.

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Comfort operating and moving vehicles (manual transmission preferred).
• Ability to work independently in an outdoor setting.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Customer‑focused, can‑do attitude.
• Enjoys working with technology and learning new tools.
