The RolePhotographers are managed remotely by a Photography Manager located in local markets. They work closely with clients, sales associates, logistics and the management team to capture high‑quality visual content that supports marketing efforts on our industry‑leading marketplaces.
Responsibilities- Support marketing efforts on and by capturing beautiful 3‑D virtual tours and footprints.
- Create a portfolio of photographs to best feature homes and apartments using photography techniques.
- Work closely with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.
- Communicate professionally with clients, sales researchers and management to evaluate priorities and initiatives.
- Own the market and navigate one‑mile square grids to ensure complete commercial real estate data coverage, identifying new inventory and missing availability.
- Abide by CoStar safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment.
- Represent CoStar professionally at all times.
- Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.
- Repetitive sitting in a car, standing and walking for up to 8 hours per day.
- Must lift, carry and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.
- Repetitive hand and arm movements to type on a tablet or laptop and operate camera equipment.
- Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying necessary to perform job functions.
- Ability to work and drive outside during all seasons.
- Availability to work weekends on a rotating schedule.
- At least 2 years of professional experience.
- Real estate photography experience required.
- Experienced drone photographer with a FAA Part 107 License/Certification obtained within 30 days of offer.
- Strong time‑management skills and detailed‑oriented.
- Capability to accurately capture and enter data.
- Excellent oral, written and organizational communication skills.
- Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office and Internet applications.
- Enjoy working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Field experience preferred.
- Current and valid driver’s license required.
- Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start; driving history must reflect responsible driving behavior and compliance with traffic laws.
The Associate Photographer position is hourly plus bonus‑eligible. Bonuses are paid monthly based on pre‑determined performance metrics. This hourly role pays an annual equivalent of $49,000‑$50,000, with monthly bonus opportunities.

This position offers an hourly wage equivalent to $49,000-$50,000 annually, based on relevant skills and experience, and includes a generous benefits plan.
