We’re seeking a passionate, innovative Head Baker to lead our baking team and help shape the future of a historic brand. This hands‑on leadership role offers the opportunity to create exceptional artisanal baked goods
, experiment with new recipes, mentor a talented team, and oversee the entire baking process—from ingredient sourcing to final presentation.

• Lead daily production of breads, pastries, and specialty items
• Innovate with seasonal recipes and new techniques
• Train, mentor, and inspire a collaborative baking team
• Manage inventory, equipment, scheduling, and production flow
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, quality, and consistency

• Minimum 5 years of professional baking experience (artisan breads, pastries, cakes)
• Proven leadership or team management experience
• Strong culinary creativity and attention to detail

Pay: $30–$35/hour (based on experience)
