Ready to shape the future of construction cost management? As an Apprentice quantity/cost manager you’ll have unlimited access to our experts, all with years of experience across the industry. They’ll guide you as you gain hands‑on experience in estimating, planning, tendering, and contract management.
Responsibilities- Contribute to high‑quality service delivery across projects
- Support Cost Managers in providing accurate and timely outputs
- Assist with preparing cost estimates, cost plans, cost‑in‑use studies, and tender documentation
- Help manage tender processes, including evaluations and reporting
- Support contract administration, valuations, payments, final accounts, and client reporting

- GCSEs, grades A*-C including Maths and English at (grade
4) and above, or equivalent - 90‑120 UCAS points from 2 or 3 A levels, or equivalent
- Right to live and work in the UK
- Clear and effective communication skills – both oral and written
- Good organisational skills and the ability to quickly adapt to changes
- Good ICT skills, with a high level of proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Ability to work as part of a team
