Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in construction to join their client's dynamic team in California. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and superior quality standards.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project expectations.
- Coordinate with crews and subcontractors to maintain efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Manage project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met and adjusting plans as necessary to accommodate any unforeseen challenges.
- Monitor job progress, maintaining detailed documentation of all project activities and outcomes.
- Proactively address any challenges that arise in the field, implementing solutions to maintain project momentum.
- Ensure safety and compliance on every job site, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
- Deliver excellent customer service, maintaining a commitment to high-quality project execution.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, with a focus on roofing or related fields.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of roofing systems and construction processes.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and maintain accurate documentation.
- Commitment to safety and compliance on job sites.
- Excellent customer service skills and proactive leadership capabilities.
Monday through Friday, first shift.
BenefitsCompetitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 depending on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package.
