Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in construction to join their client's dynamic team in California. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and superior quality standards.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project expectations.
• Coordinate with crews and subcontractors to maintain efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Manage project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met and adjusting plans as necessary to accommodate any unforeseen challenges.
• Monitor job progress, maintaining detailed documentation of all project activities and outcomes.
• Proactively address any challenges that arise in the field, implementing solutions to maintain project momentum.
• Ensure safety and compliance on every job site, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service, maintaining a commitment to high-quality project execution.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, with a focus on roofing or related fields.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of roofing systems and construction processes.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and maintain accurate documentation.
• Commitment to safety and compliance on job sites.
• Excellent customer service skills and proactive leadership capabilities.

Monday through Friday, first shift.

Competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 depending on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package.
