Asphalt Restoration Foreman

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Restoration Foreman to lead and manage asphalt maintenance and restoration projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, hands-on experience, and the ability to operate an asphalt paver. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to high quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead asphalt restoration crews on job sites
• Operate asphalt paver and other heavy equipment as needed
• Plan daily work activities and assign tasks to crew members
• Ensure quality control for seal coating, paving, patching, crack filling, and striping
• Enforce safety procedures and company policies
• Communicate with management and clients regarding project progress
• Train and mentor crew members

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in asphalt restoration or paving
• Proven experience operating an asphalt paver
• Strong leadership and crew management skills
• Knowledge of asphalt materials, equipment, and safety standards
• Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors in various conditions

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
