Construction Superintendent

Location: Mira Loma

Trillium Construction is currently seeking a Construction Superintendent for a 6-week contract assignment overseeing commercial shell build-out work.

Our client is a full-service general contractor specializing in new construction, remodels, and small-scale maintenance projects across a variety of commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage daily onsite activities for the duration of the project.
-Supervise subcontractors and field crews to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
-Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized job site.
-Monitor progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
-Resolve on-site challenges to keep the project on track and within scope.
-Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and schedules.
-Maintain accurate daily logs and site documentation.

Qualifications:

-Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, specifically shell build-outs.
-Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
-Ability to read construction documents and manage trades efficiently.
-Familiarity with construction safety standards and reporting practices.

Preferred:
-OSHA 30 certification.
-Previous experience with short-term commercial projects or fast-track build-outs.
-Proficiency with field management software and digital reporting tools.
