SALARY RANGE$84,682.67 - $ Annually
$7,056.89 - $8,813.09 Monthly
$40.71 - $50.84 Hourly
BENEFITS- 4-Day Work Week - 11 Paid Holidays + 1 Floating Holiday
- 3.5% COLA on July 1, 2026 are in addition to regularly scheduled merit increases that are dependent on performance

Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade supplemented by specialized training in building and construction.
EXPERIENCEThree years of increasingly responsible experience in inspection of industrial, commercial, residential construction is required.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTSPossession of at least one Building Inspector Certificate and two other trade-related Inspector certifications from the International Code Council (ICC), or possession of an Inspector's Certificate as a Combination Inspector from the International Code Council (ICC).
