We’re looking for an entry level Commercial Lines Client Service Associate to join our team in Sutter Creek, CA. In this role, you’ll work alongside industry experts, learn the ins and outs of risk management, and help businesses prepare for the unexpected.

How you ll make an impact

You’ll play a key role in supporting our clients and ensuring their needs are met. From managing client accounts to preparing important documents, your work will help businesses stay protected and thrive. You’ll also:

  • Handle incoming calls and supporting client policy questions.
  • Keep client information accurate and up-to-date in our systems.
  • Learn about the insurance industry and stay informed on trends.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage ad hoc duties as assigned.

Your contributions will help us deliver exceptional service and build lasting relationships with our clients.

About You

Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:

  • Willingness to obtain California Property and Casualty license with our support.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, plus at least one year of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
  • A willingness to learn and grow in the insurance industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
