At NIQ, we are on an exciting journey with significant business‑wide investments driving our Full View mission. Consumer Panel is core to this with a global investment commitment fully underway and several major deployments already in place. NIQ is seeing a significant increase in clients subscribing to our enhanced panel service, demonstrating growing appetite across the FMCG industry for integrated solutions and a compelling ROI proposition.
Our client engagement is gathering pace at local, regional, and global levels, and we have a great opportunity to engage clients on the ‘Full View’ proposition at a regional level in Western Europe.
You will have direct accountability for increasing client penetration of our key Consumer Panel Services ‘above‑market’ solutions by achieving personal revenue targets, boosting client pitch opportunities and win rates, securing project wins, showcasing new capability, and driving overall revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Driving New Client Acquisition: Lead the commercial strategy, outreach, positioning and pitching efforts to acquire new contracted consumer panel clients on a designated list of multi‑national FMCG clients, partnering with regional ADs and managing client pitch processes.
- Matrix Working: Collaborate across the organization, partnering with regional/global ADs, CPS Commercial leadership, Customer Success, Operations and Product teams to realize the potential of Consumer Panel Services.
- Business Performance & Results: Take accountability for revenue, develop a healthy pipeline, meet monthly sales targets and maintain high visibility across functions.
- Expertise & Credibility: Position NIQ as the Consumer & shopper partner of choice, drive exposure of thought leadership and work with SA&I & Digital verticals to deliver Full View Consumer impact.
- Pipeline Management & Forecasting: Build and manage a healthy pipeline, accurately forecast revenue using finance tools, and ensure timely documentation for billing.
- Strong knowledge and enthusiasm for consumer or shopper panel datasets, ideally within the FMCG industry, and the ability to bring NIQ USPs to life.
- Proven success in acquiring new clients and managing engagement strategies, including client RFP processes, tailored pitches, pricing and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and influence skills in a matrix environment.
- Keen business sense and experience in contract negotiations within FMCG client insight departments.
- Proficiency in project management, strategic planning and maintaining senior client relationships.
- Excellent organization and time‑management abilities, with a focus on delivering solutions.
