About the Role

Robert Half is partnering with a well-established insurance organization seeking a detail-oriented Client Services Representative to support their compliance and operations team. This role has a strong administrative and coordination focus, assisting with client documentation, internal processes, and regulatory recordkeeping.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, enjoys supporting internal teams and clients, and thrives in a structured environment where accuracy and follow-through are important.

Key Responsibilities

+ Provide administrative support to the client services and compliance teams

+ Assist with maintaining and updating client records, compliance documentation, and internal files

+ Track deadlines, renewals, and required documentation related to client accounts

+ Coordinate with internal departments to gather information and ensure client files are complete and compliant

+ Maintain organized databases, spreadsheets, and document tracking systems

+ Assist with preparing documentation for internal reviews and audits

+ Respond to client inquiries and support requests in a professional and timely manner

+ Support scheduling, document preparation, and other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

Qualifications

+ 2+ years of experience in client services, administrative support, customer service, or operations coordination

+

Experience with in insurance, financial services, healthcare, or another regulated industry is a plus

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
