Job Summary

Double Diamond Dairy is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Office Manager to handle day-to-day administrative and accounting functions for our family owned dairy operation. This role is critical to keeping the farm running smoothly by managing financial records, payroll, billing, and general office organization. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Pay bills and manage accounts payable
  • Process payroll and maintain payroll records
  • Match proof of delivery (POD) to invoices
  • Reconcile bank accounts and financial statements
  • Complete daily banking
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial and office records
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers as needed
  • Assist with farming reporting
  • Handle additional office and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in office management, bookkeeping, or accounting preferred
  • Experience in human resource preferred
  • Experience with payroll processing
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Proficient with Quick Books and Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable working in an agricultural or dairy environment
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with agricultural or dairy operations
  • Knowledge of invoicing, reconciliation, basic accounting principles & human resources
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
