• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients as per their preferences
• Help ensure all client needs are met during service, in person, over the phone, or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible schedules and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, subject to local minimum wage laws. Compensation depends on experience, education, skills, performance, and location. Successful candidates may participate in incentive plans, benefits, and other employee programs.
