General Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday (Occasional Overtime may be required)
Location: Vicinity of Lompoc, CA
Responsibilities: Main point of technical contact for ensuring all training, classroom, and events scheduled in the building are conducted successfully. Administer facilities management and related tasks including but not limited to building maintenance coordination. Responsible for any technical, facility problem including audio/video/computer issues.
- EXCEPTIONALLY SHARP, PROACTIVE, PUNCTUAL, DETAILED-ORIENTED, AND ORGANIZED
- Required: Minimum 2+ years experience in facility management, technical or building maintenance, audio video equipment.
- Preferred: 2+ years experience in technical support, IT, computer, or related field.
- "Get things done" and "Jack/Jane of all trades" Attitude.
- Be able to track tasks to completion.
- Able to work under time pressure/deadlines.
- Strong technical skills.
- Must be US-Citizen, and be able to pass extensive background check and screening.
TASK EXAMPLES (Include but not limited to):
- Main point of contact for all issues related to technical aspects of events, classroom, training and similar.
- Work with inside and outside contractors to address any equipment or facility failure.
- Point of contact for facility management, including audio/video/building/maintenance/equipment/furniture.
- Manage classroom schedules and equipment.
- Generate reports using Excel, summarize data using PowerPoint presentations and present as needed.
- Track warranty and in case of failure work with manufacturer to replace/repair equipment.
- Keep track and manage preventive maintenance items throughout the facility including but not limited to all equipment, IT supplies, devices, furniture, etc.
- Perform other tasks as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
